Reserve Artisan Ales Lagtoberfest & 5k Run/Walk
The event is a community 5k run/walk held in historic downtown Galesburg, Illinois, at 185 S Kellogg Street, Galesburg, IL 61401, US. It supports the Illinois Craft Brewers Guild, a nonprofit that has represented Illinois craft breweries since 1997; proceeds will support the guild’s work in member and consumer education, advocacy for craft beer laws, and promotion of Illinois-brewed beer.
Race awards are given to the overall male and female finishers and to the winners of each age category. The event is paired with a Lagtoberfest festival that includes a German-inspired menu from a food trolley, German and German-style beer from local breweries, live music, a kids coloring contest, and stein holding and partner barrel rolling competitions.
Registration opens July 23, 2026. Fee details published by the organizer include a low entry fee of $40, a higher late registration fee of $45, and a day-of fee of $50. T-shirt availability is guaranteed only for registrations received by September 6, 2026. The published registration period closes on September 7, 2026.
