- 5 km run and walk.
- 10 km run and walk.
- Team events for 5 km and 10 km (corporate teams of 10 participants).
On-site activities include inflatable games, children's activities, a communal BBQ, an extrication simulation, and a firefit competition. The program mixes sport with family-oriented animation on the event site.
Bib pickup is available the week before the event at the Association office (2655 place Chassé, Montreal) on weekdays, and on-site at Parc Angrignon starting Friday July 10 through Sunday July 12 according to the organizer's schedule. Prices are shown in Canadian dollars and include processing fees; published rates are valid until July 1, 2026.
