Event
The Mistletoe Run is held on Saturday, December 6, 2025, at the William G. White, Jr. Family YMCA in downtown Winston-Salem, NC. The event includes these race distances:
- Half Marathon
- 5K
- 1 Mile Fun Run
The event features community activities such as bounce houses, food trucks, vendors, community mascots, local cheerleaders, and donuts at the finish line. Every participant receives a race shirt. 5K and half marathon finishers receive medals, and Fun Run participants receive a finisher ribbon.
Course and purpose
The courses are USATF sanctioned and begin and end at the William G. White, Jr. Family YMCA. The 5K course travels through the Buena Vista neighborhood. The half marathon course continues through the Graylyn International Conference Center area, Reynolda House and Gardens, Reynolda Village, and Wake Forest University campus before returning to the YMCA.
The Mistletoe Run is presented by the law firm Bell, Davis & Pitt and serves as the YMCA of Northwest North Carolina’s largest annual fundraiser. All race proceeds fund youth programs, including swim lessons, summer camp, youth sports, before and after school care, and teen memberships.
