Course Details
The swim leg is held in one of Surrey's largest lakes, characterized by calm, clean water and wide sight lines. Following the swim, the cycling portion moves onto smooth country lanes outside the park. The final discipline is a run that stays within the boundaries of Buckland Park, featuring woodland stretches and views of the water's edge. On-course marshals and signage provide navigation throughout the event.
The event offers two primary distances:
- Sprint Triathlon: 750m swim, 20km bike (1 lap), and 5km run (2 laps).
- Standard Triathlon: 1.5km swim, 40km bike (2 laps), and 10km run (4 laps).
Due to venue restrictions, specific time limits apply to both distances. The Sprint Triathlon has a cut-off time of 2.5 hours, while the Standard Triathlon has a cut-off time of 4 hours. Visit the organization's website for the most recent information.
