Race format, route and inclusions
The swim takes place in one of Surrey's larger lakes on the Buckland Park site. The bike course leaves the park and uses surrounding Surrey lanes. The run route circles the 100-acre park area and passes close to the lake. The standard distance uses lap formats: the bike is two laps and the run is four laps.
