Regent's Park 10K
The Regent's Park 10K takes place within one of London's Royal Parks, offering a course on a tarmac surface that is relatively flat. The event follows a traffic-free route that passes several notable landmarks, including the London Zoo, the boating lake, and the Broad Walk leading toward the Money Fountain.
Participants can choose from three different distances:
- 10 km (3 laps)
- 2 Mile Fun Run (1 lap)
- Junior Run (approximately 700m)
The 10 km course is officially measured and carries a certificate of course accuracy. The event is open to a range of participants, with the 10k distance open to those aged 15 and over, and the Fun Run open to those aged 9 and over.
The race headquarters is situated at the Broad Walk. The location is accessible by public transport, with Baker Street being the nearest underground station. For those arriving by foot, the closest entrance is Chester Gate. Limited pay-and-display parking is available on the Outer Circle, though vehicles are not permitted to enter the park grounds.
All registered entrants receive event information prior to the day. Participants receive a bespoke medal and free photographs. Trophies and prizes are awarded to leading runners. Visit the organization's website for the most recent information.
