Regent's Park 10K overview
Regent's Park 10K is an autumn road running event held in Regent's Park, London on 8 November 2026. The main race is a measured 10 km course that uses three laps of the park and carries a certificate of course accuracy. The route passes London Zoo, the boating lake, the Broad Walk and the Money Fountain.
The surface is tarmac and the course is described as relatively flat and traffic free. Shorter options run on the same route layout: a 2 Mile Fun Run and a Junior Run of approximately 700 metres.
Race headquarters are located on The Broad Walk, Regent's Park, NW1 4NP. The park is accessible on foot and by public transport; the nearest underground station named in event information is Baker Street. Parking near the park is very limited and pay and display is available on the Outer Circle.
The event package includes a bespoke medal, free photographs and trophies or prizes for leading runners. Entry is open to younger participants for the shorter events and to those aged 15 and over for the 10 km on the event date.
