United Community 49th Reedy River Run : Greenville, SC
The event on April 17, 2027 features two road races taking place in downtown Greenville. Both races begin on S. Main Street and finish on Falls Street near 200 E. Camperdown Way, with a downhill finish on Falls Drive close to the United Community headquarters. The course routes pass through downtown and through Cleveland Park, Cancer Survivors Park, and Falls Park.

The 10K course crosses the Reedy River six times. The 10K field is limited to 1,500 participants and will use staggered starting waves with seeding based on each participant's predicted finishing time. The 10K includes commemorative finisher medals and age group awards. The 5K field is limited to 1,000 participants and does not include finisher medals or age group awards; it may use starting waves to reduce congestion.
Time limits for course completion are provided for each distance: the 10K has a two hour finishing limit and the 5K has a one hour thirty minute finishing limit. There will not be race day packet pickup; another person may collect a participant's packet if they present the participant's approval as described by the organizer.
