United Community 49th Reedy River Run
The United Community Reedy River Run takes place in Greenville, SC on April 17, 2027. The event uses S. Main Street for starts and finishes on Falls Street near 200 E. Camperdown Way. The course for the longer race crosses the Reedy River six times and passes through downtown and Cleveland, Cancer Survivors and Falls Parks. Both distances finish with a downhill section on Falls Drive near the United Community headquarters.
Two race distances are offered:
- 10K course crosses the Reedy River six times.
- 5K starts on S. Main Street and uses the same finish line.
The 10K is limited to 1500 participants and the 5K to 1000 participants. The 10K uses seeded, staggered wave starts with seeding based on predicted finishing time; personalized 10K bibs are available for registrations received before March 19. The 10K includes commemorative finisher medals and age group awards. The 5K may use starting waves and does not include finisher medals or age group awards. T shirt size selection is subject to availability. Greenville Track Club members receive a registration discount. There is no race day packet pickup; someone may pick up a packet on a participant's behalf if they present the participant's approval by text.
