The 10th Redding Health Expo Run/Walk takes place on June 13, 2026, in Redding, California. The event is scheduled to occur prior to the opening of the Redding Health Expo and is based at 700 Auditorium Drive, Redding, CA 96001.

Kids 5K open to ages 1 to 14

Race day registration and packet pickup are available. Awards will be presented for overall finishers and for age-group placings three deep in both events.
