The Redding Health Expo Run/Walk takes place on Saturday, June 13, 2026, in Redding, California. The venue address is 700 Auditorium Drive, Redding, CA 96001. The event offers two race options:

5K Run/Walk
Kids 5K (ages 1-14)

Awards are given for overall finishers and for age-group placings, three deep, in both races. The race start and finish are located on the back side of the civic building in the alley on the north / Sundial side.

Entries and logistics

Entry fees listed on the event page are $31.74 for the 5K (includes a $2.74 fee) and $16.90 for the Kids 5K (includes a $1.90 fee). The 5K entry fee increases after May 6, 2026.
