10th Redding Health Expo Run/Walk

Organized in conjunction with the Redding Health Expo, this event takes place on Saturday, June 13, 2026. The run is based at the Redding Civic area, with participants utilizing the alleyway on the north or Sundial side for both the start and finish lines.

Participants can choose from the following available distances:

5K Run/Walk
5K Kids Run (open to ages 1-14)

The event provides recognition for high-performance participants through an awards ceremony. Awards are presented to the top overall finishers as well as the top three finishers in each age group for both the primary 5K and the kids’ race.
