The 56th NorCal John Frank Memorial Run takes place March 6, 2027 in Redding, California, centered at Lake Redding Park, 2225 Benton Dr. The course follows the Sacramento River Trail and crosses two pedestrian bridges, the Diestelhorst Bridge and the Stress Ribbon Bridge.

The 10 Mile is a Pacific Association / USATF 10-Mile Road Grand Prix event and includes a $2,900 prize purse awarded to USATF Pacific Association members. A separate $2,500 course-record prize pool for the 10 Mile is available, with $1,000 for each men's and women's open course record and $250 for each men's and women's masters (40+ years old) course record.
