55th NorCal John Frank Memorial Run
The NorCal John Frank Memorial Run takes place in Redding, California, offering a variety of course distances through scenic riverside landscapes. This established event features a route that follows the Sacramento River Trail, taking participants across two notable pedestrian structures: the Diestelhorst Bridge and the Stress Ribbon Bridge.
The 10 Mile event serves as a USATF Pacific Association Road Grand Prix event. Competitors in this category may be eligible for a prize purse totaling $2,900 for USATF Pacific Association members, with additional prize money available for setting new open or masters course records. The current records are held by established athletes, including a women's open record of 55:23 and a men's open record of 48:38.

The 1 Mile Kids event is provided at no cost for younger participants. Race day activities are centered at Lake Redding Park, and early packet pickup is available the day prior at a local running shop.
