Event overview
The Red White & Brew 5K Run/Walk takes place on June 27, 2026, at Bridgeway Station in Simpsonville, South Carolina. The event supports the Upstate Running Club Youth Team through donations and race proceeds. The main distance is 5K. Registration prices shown include a reduced rate for youth (ages 1–17) and a general price that increases after March 15, 2026.
Course, services and policies
The course starts at the Bridgeway Station entrance, crosses the Bridgeway Station Bridge and includes a tour of Holland Park and the Swamp Rabbit Trail; it is described as flat. The event uses chip timing with live results. Registered participants receive items and services such as a finisher medal, a custom race bib, complimentary race photos, event-themed giveaways, a race sticker, music and a post-race party, and free beer at the finish. Top three overall male and female finishers receive trophies; the top three male and female in each age group receive age-group medals. Age groups run from 0–9 through 80+.
Registrations may be transferred to another person and entries may be changed to different distances. Club members receive a 15% registration discount and referring two or more runners yields a $5 discount. Race shirts are sold and shipped separately. No refunds or deferrals are offered unless the event sells out. Volunteer shifts of three hours may earn a free entry to an Upstate Race Series-owned event.
