Red, White, Blue & Que 5K Color Run
The event takes place on May 23, 2026 at Kingdom of Hope, 7570 15th Street Road, Alabama 35023. It combines a community 5K color run, a kids color dash and a block party with inflatables, games, face painting, crafts and musical entertainment. Food will be available for purchase and proceeds from food sales will benefit Kingdom of Hope youth programs. Free popsicles for children will be provided while supplies last.

Registration for both races is online with tiered fees and a T shirt deadline of May 10, 2026 to guarantee a shirt. Day of race registration may be available through event volunteers for cash only with higher fees. A T shirt only option is available through the registration menu.
The course is a flat out and back loop on a small community road. Non toxic color powder will be used on course and may stain clothing, skin or car seats; sports towels for cleanup are included in swag bags. Swag bags and a sports towel are included with registration and finisher medals will be given to all finishers, including children. Awards are listed for the overall male and overall female finisher.
Pets on leash are welcome and owners must clean up after pets. Strollers are allowed in the 5K with the request that children remain in the stroller until crossing the finish line; strollers are not allowed in the kids dash. The event is rain or shine.
