The 15th Annual Red Shoe Shuffle is a 5-kilometre run and walk taking place on April 19, 2026, in downtown Baltimore at the Ronald McDonald House Maryland (Baltimore, MD 21202). Course, event features and logistics
The course starts at the Ronald McDonald House, proceeds through Little Italy, follows the Inner Harbor, and returns to the Big Heart at the House. After the run there is a Celebration Village with activities for multiple ages, food vendors, live music, and special awards. For the milestone year there is a dress code requiring red and white stripes; red and white striped socks are available for purchase during registration checkout and will be available for pick up with race packets at the Ronald McDonald House.
