Phelps Luck 5K and Fun Run : May 9, 2026
The 10th annual Phelps Luck 5K and Fun Run is organized by the Phelps Luck PTA and takes place at Long Reach High School in Columbia, Maryland (6101 Old Dobbin Lane). The event is held on May 9, 2026 and uses the Long Reach cross country course.
Distances
- 5K: 3.1 miles on the Long Reach cross country course, grass and pavement
- Fun Run: 1 mile loop on grass, timed as many laps as possible in 20 minutes
Registration opens February 15, 2026 and closes May 2, 2026. Fees are $30 for the 5K and $15 for the Fun Run. T-shirt distribution is limited to registrations received by April 23, 2026; registrations after that date do not include a T-shirt.
All participants under 18 must register and be accompanied by an adult. Strollers are permitted in the Fun Run but are not allowed on the 5K course. Packet pick-up is scheduled at Road Runner Sports Columbia (6630-C Marie Curie Dr, Elkridge, MD) on the day before the race.
