Course and venue
The race HQ is Todmorden Cricket Club, Centre Vale, OL14 7BS. The event starts and finishes in Centre Vale Park, a short jog from the cricket club. The accurately measured 10 km course consists of two laps of tarmac park road on Centre Vale Park, followed by a single hilly lap of rural and town centre roads. The route climbs to Sourhall with its high point on Todmorden Edge just before halfway, then descends to Bacup Road and returns to town along Rochdale Road before finishing back on the park road. Total climbing on the course is 219 m. Parking at the cricket club is limited; when full, drivers will be directed to alternative spaces and organisers encourage travel by bike, foot, public transport or carshare.
