Red Flannel 5 & 10K
The event takes place in Cedar Springs, Michigan, with the race area near the White Pine Trail staging area and packet pick-up at the Amphitheater in the Heart of Cedar Springs Park. The course is described as fast and flat and includes water stations and chip timing.

- 10 km run
- 5 km run
- 5 km walk
- Kids fun run for ages 8 and younger
Registration opens January 25 and closes August 31. Registration fees listed are $35.00 for the 10K and $25.00 for the 5K run and 5K walk. Pre-registered participants who register in time to guarantee items by September 1 will receive a t-shirt and a participation medal.
Packet pick-up and late registration occur Friday, September 25, 4:30 PM to 6:30 PM at the Red Flannel Office, 18 S. Main, Cedar Springs, MI, and on race day at the Amphitheater in Cedar Springs Park from 7:30 AM to 8:45 AM.
The kids fun run uses different course lengths by age; all children in the kids run receive a medal and a goodie bag, and shirts are not included for the kids run. Awards are given three deep for male and female overall and in age groups: 12 and under, 13-15, 16-20, 21-30, 31-40, 41-49, 50-59, 60-69, 70-79, and 80-89.
