Red Flannel 5 & 10K
The Red Flannel event in Cedar Springs, Michigan, includes multiple race options and community features along a flat course that begins near the White Pine Trail staging area. The course includes water stations and chip timing. Pre-registered participants are eligible to receive a t-shirt and a participation medal if registration is received by September 4, 2026.

Registration opens January 25, 2026 and closes August 31, 2026. Listed registration fees are $25 for the 5K run and 5K walk, and $35 for the 10K run. Packet pick-up and late registration are available at the Red Flannel Office on the Friday before the event and at the Amphitheater in the Heart of Cedar Springs Park on race day.
Awards are given for overall male and female winners and three deep by age group for male and female competitors. Age categories include 12 & under, 13-15, 16-20, 21-30, 31-40, 41-49, 50-59, 60-69, 70-79, and 80-89. Additional prizes are awarded for the best red flannel attire.
