Event
The Perrin Brewing Frostbite is a winter running event held on January 31, 2026. It features an in-person Perrin Brewing Company 5K-ish and a Virtual Frostbite option. The in-person route follows the same course as previous years but has the start and finish moved to a single location, making the overall distance slightly more than a 5k. A heated post-race tent will be offered with a cup or bowl of chili, a beverage of choice, and beer with non-alcoholic options available.
Details
Location is Perrin Brewing Company, 5910 Comstock Park Dr., Comstock Park, MI 49321, with the start and finish in the brewery parking lot. The course is 100% paved, on a closed course, and described as having rolling hills. Race amenities include a long sleeve performance shirt, a finisher medal, a bib with timing chip, and age group awards for the top three in each age group. Registrants receive a bowl of chili and a beer as part of the fee. Donations and proceeds will benefit Kids Food Basket.
Packet pick-up is at Perrin Brewing Company on Tuesday, January 27 from 5:00 p.m. to 7:00 p.m., Friday, January 30 from 5:00 p.m. to 7:00 p.m., and on race day starting at 8:30 a.m. Registration prices listed in the event information vary by event and age.
