The Red Caboose Wine Run 5k is a chip-timed 5k run/walk held at Red Caboose Winery in Meridian, TX on February 22, 2026. The event is professionally timed and scored by J3 Timing and results are posted online. The official course map has not been published yet.
Participant information
Registration includes a T-shirt, a shatterproof collapsible wine glass, a finisher medal that doubles as a bottle stopper, a chip-timed race bib, and a pour of wine. Minors may register at a discounted rate; minors receive a shirt, medal and bib but do not receive a wine glass or a wine pour. Strollers are allowed but not recommended because the course has uneven ground; children in strollers can participate for free and do not need to register. Age group awards are offered for 10-year age groups, with custom awards for the top three finishers in each category; awards are available only on race day and will not be shipped. Packet pickup is race day only and opens one hour before the event. A virtual participation option is available; the packet can be shipped for a $10 shipping and handling charge.
