Red Barn Challenge : 7th Annual
The Red Barn Challenge is a chip timed endurance event at Marzella Farm in Lykens, PA. Participants run repeated laps on a one mile loop that goes around ponds and fields. The course surface is mostly grass with areas of mulch and stone, and each lap gains about 70 feet of elevation.
The event offers multiple time-based options and finishes with an award ceremony and additional food. Awards include top male and female in each time bracket and recognition for other participants. The food aid station provides a range of fuel including potatoes, rice, broth, hydration products and TAILWIND Hydration.
Camping is available all weekend with campsites and parking located trackside. The event supports several local organizations, including Wiconisco Fire Company and Our Valley's Area athletics programs. Refunds are available at 50 percent until July 1, 2026.
