About the race
The Rebuild Jasper Run on November 28, 2026, is a community fundraising running event in Jasper, Alberta, held in support of Jasper-area recovery after recent wildfires. The event was reimagined in 2024 from the former Pints & Pinot Run and directs fundraising to local organizations including the Jasper Community Team Society and the Jasper Volunteer Fire Brigade. In its first year under the Rebuild Jasper name more than CA$25,000 was raised for those groups; the current fundraising display shows CA$205.52.
The event is hosted in Jasper by MultiSportCanada, which has organized events in the town since 2015. Multiple race options are offered:
- 10 Miler
- 8 KM
- 5 KM
- 1 km Fun Run
- Virtual Run
All entry packages include custom event merchandise (guaranteed for early registrants), a finisher medal, chip timing (pending attendance), post-race snacks, access to the event fundraising platform, and aid/fluid stations. Registration is non-refundable; online transfers are permitted only until November 20. Organizers advise that wildlife interactions may occur and that the route or event plan may be altered for safety with no refunds issued in those cases.
