Real People Helping People 5K, 10K & 2.5 Mile Trail Races : Lock Haven, PA
The event is a trail running event based at the Durty Dabber Pavilion in McElhattan, Lock Haven, Pennsylvania. The 10K is described as a scenic but demanding loop with about 1500 feet of elevation gain. The route uses wooded singletrack and trails in Zindel Park, including Goat Path, Connector, Gut Check, Laurel Trail, Black Diamond, and Kellers Bench, with a final ascent back to the pavilion. The 5K follows Creekside Trail into the large loop at McElhattan Nature Park, crosses a creek by bridge, and returns to the pavilion. The 2.5 mile natural trail is untimed and follows shaded forest paths on the Creekside Trail.
