Reach, Rally, & Run
The Reach, Rally, & Run is an annual sports event held at the North Scott Wake Tech Campus in Raleigh. Now in its ninth year, the event supports the Wake Tech Foundation, which provides resources and education for students in the Wake County region. The courses take participants around the college campus and are open to those who wish to run, walk, roll, or stroll.
Participants can choose from several event distances and formats:
- 10K
- 5K
- Fun Mile
- Kids in Strollers (for ages 4 and under)
- Virtual 10K, 5K, or Fun Mile
In-person participants in the 5K, 10K, and Fun Mile receive a finisher's medal and a gift. For the 10K race, a 5K split time is included in the results. The event is part of the Fit & Able Free-for-All Race Series, allowing runners to earn points toward series standings. Awards are available for top finishers in various categories, including overall winners, age groups, and those who set new course records.
Participants have the option to join or create teams. Virtual race options are also available for those who cannot attend in person, with medals and gifts shipped directly to them. The event utilizes the RaceJoy app to provide GPS tracking and progress alerts for both runners and spectators. Visit the organization's website for the most recent information.
