Reach, Rally, & Run
Reach, Rally, & Run is scheduled for April 18, 2026 at the Scott Northern Wake Campus, 6600 Louisburg Rd., Raleigh, NC. Fit & Able Productions, Inc. organizes the ninth running of the event, formerly known as Fostering Footsteps, to support the Wake Tech Foundation.
The event offers multiple race formats around the campus:
- 5K in-person and virtual options
- 10K in-person and virtual options
- Fun Mile in-person and virtual options
Registration details include a Reach, Rally, & Run finishers medal and gift for all 5K, 10K, and Fun Mile participants, guaranteed for registrations made by April 5. Shirts are available for purchase separately. The 10K includes a 5K split. Entry fee examples listed for the event are 5K $30, 10K $40, Fun Run $15, and virtual events $35.
The Wake Tech Foundation receives support from the event; the foundation manages resources that allow Wake Tech Community College to meet instructional and institutional needs and to continue offering affordable education and training in the Wake County region. Over $4,000 in potential awards are available for overall and age-group placings, special categories, and new course records. Current course record times at the venue include 5K male 20:00, 5K female 22:48, 10K male 46:24, and 10K female 50:37. A new course record carries a $10 gift code.
If the event reaches 500 participants in the in-person or virtual 5K and 10K combined, one male and one female registered in those races will be selected by random drawing to receive a free year of Fit & Able race entries. Visit the organization's website for the most recent information.
