Event Overview
The Reach, Rally, & Run is a running event taking place on Saturday, April 18, 2026, at the Scott North Wake Tech campus in Raleigh, North Carolina. This is the ninth edition of the event, which was formerly known as Fostering Footsteps. It supports the Wake Tech Foundation.
Distances
The event offers several distances and participation options:
- 10K (in-person)
- 5K (in-person)
- Virtual 10K
- Virtual 5K
- Fun Mile (in-person)
- Kids in Strollers category for children aged 4 and under
- Virtual Fun Mile
- Exhibitor registration
All in-person 5K, 10K, and Fun Mile participants receive a finisher's medal and gift. Shirts are available for separate purchase. The course closes for all races at 11:30 AM.
Registration and Features
In-person and virtual race options are available. A "Kids in Strollers" category is open for children aged 4 and under. Participants can refer friends, create teams, or fundraise to earn rewards and registration discounts. The event is part of Fit & Able's Free-for-All Race Series, where participants can earn points for year-end prizes.
