Raven Run 5K and 1 Mile Fun Run for St. Benedict German Festival

The Raven Run includes a one mile fun run and a 5K held on April 25, 2026, at St. Benedict Catholic School, 12786 Illinois Street, Elberta, AL 36530. The courses are out and back routes measuring roughly one mile and 3.1 miles. Water is provided on the course.

Race registrations include finishers medals for both the one mile and the 5K. One mile entries also include a pretzel ticket and a drink ticket. Student and adult 5K entries include a pretzel ticket, a drink ticket, and a free T shirt if registration is completed by April 11, 2026. Extra shirts may be available for purchase at the event.

The run is part of the 53rd Annual St. Benedict Catholic School German Festival. The festival runs throughout the day and features aisles of artists and crafters, bouncy houses, balloons for children, live entertainment, and German food and beer. A raffle at 5:00 PM offers a chance to win a $10,000 cash prize with a limited number of tickets available.
