Randolph Rocks 5K and 1K Fun Run
The Randolph Rocks event is organized by the Randolph Education Foundation, a nonprofit organization that supports the Randolph Township School District. The event takes place at the Randolph High School Wellness Center in Randolph, New Jersey. The program features multiple distance options for participants to choose from:
- 5K Race: An in-person running and walking event.
- 1K Fun Run: A shorter course designed for families and neighbors.
- 5K Virtual Run: A flexible option that can be completed between May 30 and June 6.
The in-person 5K Race and 1K Fun Run are held on local roads surrounding the high school. For the 5K Virtual Run, participants may choose their own location, such as a neighborhood, park, hiking trail, or treadmill. The virtual distance can be completed in one session or broken up over several days.
Specific regulations apply to the in-person courses to ensure safety. Pets and strollers are prohibited on the 5K Race course, while pets are prohibited on the 1K Fun Run course. Participants who register by May 3, 2026, receive a guaranteed performance t-shirt. The primary location for the physical event is at 511 Millbrook Avenue.
