Rancho Sahuarita Trails and Tails 5K

Rancho Sahuarita Trails and Tails is a fall community event on November 14, 2026 at the Sahuarita Lake Amphitheater, 15466 S. Rancho Sahuarita Blvd., Sahuarita, AZ. The program includes a 5K run and walk plus a 1 Mile Doggie Dash, and proceeds benefit local animal rescues.

Registration opens August 31, 2026 and closes October 1, 2026. Listed fees include $30 for 5K and 1 Mile entries for ages 11 and older, and $10 for entries ages 10 and under. Registration pricing includes online fees and taxes and refunds are not allowed. Event entries may include a colorful souvenir shirt, finisher medal, official timing, and for younger 5K participants a finisher video and a special prize. Pets in the Doggie Dash receive doggie treats in place of a medal. Age group and overall awards are provided by The Running Shop.

Onsite activities during the event include family-friendly entertainment, jumping castles, food trucks, a vendor fair, a Paw Patrol character appearance, and a Foam Zone finish area courtesy of iHeart and Funergy. The Doggy Best Dressed contest is open to Doggie Dash registrants, awards trophies and baskets across three size divisions, is first come first served, may be narrowed to a top 10, and the audience selects winners by applause.
