Ralston Creek Half Marathon

Ralston Creek Half Marathon & 5k

The Ralston Creek races take place in Arvada, Colorado, at 6542 Fig Street and offer a half marathon and a 5K on a mix of road and bike path over rolling terrain. The half marathon distance is limited to the first 650 registrations; the 5K is limited to the first 350 entries. An optional early start is available for half marathon runners who expect to take more than 2 hours 45 minutes to complete the course.

Entry includes a race shirt for most participants, free race photo downloads, music on course, hot cocoa, and quesadillas. Long sleeve adult tech shirts are included with all half marathon entries. 5K entries receive a short sleeve t shirt or may upgrade to a long sleeve tech shirt for an additional $5. Half marathon finishers who complete the course receive a finisher's medal.

This event is the final race in the Racing Underground Winter Running Series. The three-race series includes the Superior Stocking Run 5K on December 12, 2026, the Yeti Chase 5K/10K on January 24, 2027, and the Ralston Creek races on February 14, 2027. Series finisher awards are presented to runners who complete all three races, with overall awards for top series finishers in each age category.
