Rainbow Run 2026 Presented by Co-op : Saskatoon Pride
Rainbow Run 2026 takes place on June 27, 2026 in Saskatoon and is organized by Saskatoon Pride. The event starts and finishes at Gather Local Market / Market Square, 414 Avenue B South. Course routes pass through Victoria Park and return to the start area.
Distances offered include:
- 10K main race.
- 5K intermediate race.
- 2.5K family fun run.
- High Heel Dash up to 100 m.
- Youth races for 10K, 5K and 2.5K.
This is the third annual Rainbow Run. Registration is open to all with an emphasis on inclusion for groups who may feel excluded from typical athletic events, including young families with strollers, non binary and trans people, 2 Spirit participants, queer seniors and people with physical or neurosensory challenges. Registration fees range from CA$25 to CA$60 depending on distance, and community sponsors will cover subsidized registrations to address cost barriers. Registration uses the Race Roster app and volunteer management tools will provide online training and resources.
All participants receive a race kit that includes an event t shirt, sponsor swag, preparation materials and health promotion information. Local running clubs and volunteers will support pre race training, event operations and mentoring activities. Visit the organization's website for the most recent information.
