Rainbow Run - Roanoke (June 20, 2026)
The Rainbow Run is the sixth annual pride month running event presented by the RDC and its sports division, Blue Ridge Pride Sports. The event offers in person and virtual options on the Roanoke River Greenway and includes community activities at the race site.

The in person start and finish area is at River's Edge Park - North. That location will host the registration and information tent, sponsor tables, games, and a post-race area for participants and attendees. Packet pickup is scheduled the day before at the Roanoke Diversity Center and on race day at the race start.
Registration opens on April 16, 2026 and closes on June 6, 2026. Registration fees vary by distance and entry type, with a range of amounts listed in event materials. An early-registration discount of five dollars is offered and a referral incentive provides a twenty dollar credit after five referrals. Registrations completed by June 6 will have priority for race shirts and declared sizes; registrations after that date may not guarantee shirt availability.
