Rahr Brewing Company Oktoberfest 5K Social Run/Walk - SeptemBEER
This is a social run and walk tied to the Rahr Oktoberfest 5K. The route is roughly 3 miles and is untimed; roads are not closed and the event is presented as a noncompetitive training run. The group is led by designated beer pacers.
Participants receive two Rahr Brewing Company draft beers for those 21 and older, a pint glass, and breakfast tacos provided by That Taco Dude. The event also serves as an early packet pickup for the Rahr Oktoberfest 5K and includes monthly games or a raffle where winners must be present.
The location is Flying Saucer, 111 E 3rd Street, Fort Worth, TX 76102. The event is held rain or shine. Dogs are allowed on the Flying Saucer patio only; dogs must have tags and be on a leash and are restricted to outside communal areas. Children in strollers are welcome at no charge.
