Cox Running Club Labor Day Weekend 5K & 10K
The Cox Running Club presents the 14th Annual CRC Labor Day Weekend 5K and 10K at Woodshed Smokehouse in Fort Worth, Texas. The event takes place on Saturday, September 5, 2026, along the Trinity River and offers both a 5K and a 10K run/walk option.
Online registration is available through September 4, 2026, with tiered pricing and an early-bird discount available through August 10, 2026. Packet pickup is race day only at the race site. All finishers receive a custom finisher medal.
The course is described as fast and flat. Awards are presented three deep in five-year age brackets, with overall and masters awards for men and women; age group categories include 12 & under through 80 & over, plus a race walkers division. Post-race offerings at Woodshed Smokehouse include breakfast tacos, light snacks, refreshments, soft drinks, music, and a margarita for participants ages 21 and older, providing a post-race atmosphere at the event location.
