Ragnar Trail Texas Hill Country Individual
Ragnar Trail Texas Hill Country Individual is a trail running event at Flat Rock Ranch in Comfort, Texas on October 16-17, 2026. The venue is a working cattle ranch in the Texas Hill Country with prickly pear cacti, rolling hills and wide night skies. The event center, called Ragnar Village, includes camping, a bonfire, music, yoga and prize presentations.
The event offers three individual race options and course details vary by option. The Yellow Loop is smooth singletrack with switchbacks, a notable climb at mile 2.5, a water station near the top, and a downhill return with hill country views. Trails are built for mountain biking and are described as well maintained.
- Single Loop - 4.9 miles, 617 ft elevation gain
- 6H Ultra - unlimited loops, total course configuration 15.1 miles
- 24H Ultra - unlimited loops, total course configuration 15.1 miles
Pricing shown in the event information lists registration fees inclusive of all charges: Single Loop $40, 6H Ultra $175 and 24H Ultra $250. Other site amenities include campfires and s'mores, food trucks, BYOB allowance and a few showers provided by the venue.
