Ragnar Suncoast
Ragnar Suncoast is a two day team relay on October 23-24, 2026 in Clearwater Beach, Florida. The event runs from sunrise to sunset, features no night running, and is set around the Clearwater Beach Sheraton Resort on Sand Key. Teams are eight people and the format covers a total of 127 miles with about 15.9 miles per runner. Total elevation gain is zero.
The course uses coastal and waterfront routes, with loops that start and finish at the Sheraton Resort on Sand Key. The route passes the Pinellas Trail, Fort De Soto Park and Beach, St. Pete Beach, Madeira Beach, Belleair Beach, Safety Harbor, and the Tarpon Springs Sponge Docks. Expected views include white sand beaches, palm tree lined trails, ocean breezes, and sunsets over the water.
Evening activities center on the beach near the resort. The finish includes live music, food and drink, beach bonfires, and a beachside celebration as teams cross the line. Onsite resort amenities include pool access, restaurants, and bars, and the event notes that there is no overnight running so teams may use the resort hotel or nearby hotels for rest between runs.
