Ragnar Road Minnesota

Ragnar Road Minnesota is a team road relay from St. Paul, MN to Duluth, MN held August 7-8, 2026. The route travels past Minnesota lakes and small towns and finishes on the shore of Lake Superior near a Rose Garden and historic downtown Duluth. The finish area includes a beer garden.

The course covers approximately 200 miles with mostly flat elevation. Runners will encounter extensive bike path sections and lake views along the route. Major exchanges bring Van 1 and Van 2 together and feature partner product, demo experiences, and a festival-like atmosphere.
