Ragnar Road Minnesota on August 7–8, 2026 is a team road relay covering about 200 miles from St. Paul to Duluth, Minnesota. The route follows lakes and bike paths and finishes on the shore of Lake Superior at the Duluth Rose Garden.
The course passes scenic lakes, small towns and the St. Croix River. Nearly 80 miles of the route use shaded bike path trails. Elevation gain is described as mostly flat. Major exchange locations listed include Exchange 6 at Stillwater High School and Exchange 12 at Running Aces Casino and Hotel. The finish area includes a beer garden and nearby downtown Duluth.
