Raceway 5K/3K

The Raceway 5K/3K is a running and walking event held on Saturday, August 8, 2026. It takes place at Raceway Woods Forest Preserve in Carpentersville, Illinois. The course is on the grounds of the former Meadowdale International Speedway.

The event offers two main distances: a 5K and a 3K. There is also a virtual option for both distances, which participants can complete anywhere during the month of August.

Participants can bring their dog. Awards are given to the top three overall male and female finishers, as well as the top finishers in several age groups. There are also awards for the top team and top dog.
