Race overview
The event is a 5K run/walk in St. Augustine, Florida, with the start at the St. Augustine Amphitheater (1340 A1A South). The course passes through Anastasia State Park and surrounding neighborhoods. The course is certified and the event is chip timed by Hasselmania Productions. The race is rock and roll themed; strollers and families are encouraged and dressing up is encouraged. All proceeds benefit EPIC Behavioral Healthcare.
Logistics and awards
Packet pick-up is offered at EPIC Behavioral Healthcare (1400 Old Dixie Hwy., St. Augustine) and in-person registration is available during packet pick-up and prior to the race on race morning. Registration includes one free admission for the runner to The Taste of St. Augustine and a half-price coupon for a guest. The Taste features live music on the Amphitheater Backyard stage and sampling from over 25 local restaurants.
Entry fees are listed as $25 until March 1, $35 until April 26, and $40 on the day of the race. Awards are given to the top overall male and female and to the top three in each age group: 9 and under; 10-14; 15-19; 20-24; 25-29; 30-34; 35-39; 40-44; 45-49; 50-54; 55-59; 60-64; 65-69; 70-74; 75 and above.
