Race to End Alz 5K
The Race to End Alz 5K is scheduled for August 29, 2026, at the Common Grounds at Rotary Park in Sayville, located at 46 Gillette Ave. The course is a marked 5K loop and the event will use official timing provided by SRC Timing Services.
All proceeds from the event are donated to the MacDonell Foundation, a 501(c)(3) nonprofit that benefits Alzheimer's charities. Registration opens on May 2, 2026, and closes on August 1, 2026. The registration fee is $30.00.
Bibs may be picked up early at Sayville Running Companys temporary location at 35 Overton St in Sayville; the date and time for early pickup will be determined. Bibs can also be picked up on the morning of the event at the race location.
