2025 NSRF It's a Wonderful 5K
It's a Wonderful 5K is scheduled for December 20, 2025 at Belmont Lake State Park in West Babylon, NY 11704. The event is a community 5K run/walk and includes a free Kiddie Dash. Proceeds benefit the Never Stop Running Foundation, a 501(c)(3) that supports athletic and charitable events, youth and special needs programs, and athlete development.

Registration options include in-person and virtual entries. A bib-mailing add-on is available for a fee and requires registration at least 10 days before the race to receive the bib by mail. Participants can choose event tee sizes during registration.
On-site amenities include an informal bag check area, bathrooms within a few minutes walk of the start and finish, hydration at the finish line, and refreshments provided by All Round Foods and Waterloo Sparkling Water. There are no awards, but top finishers by age group and overall standings will be posted online and sent by text or email. Virtual participants can upload up to five photos with their submitted time.
