Course, support and kit

The course is fully signed and has 4 checkpoints at approximately 10 km intervals. Checkpoints will stock cola, water and sweet and savoury snacks. A personal nutrition drop is available and can be taken to the 3rd and 4th checkpoints. The event uses chip timing and offers free live tracking and free downloadable race photos. Additional on-site services include a medal and race mementoes for finishers, prizes, medical backup, toilets, feed stations and massage before and after the event. Mandatory kit includes a fully charged phone, a foil blanket and a full 500 ml fluid bottle. Recommended items include a waterproof jacket, a cup and a method of payment.
