About the race
The Race for Virtue 5K is an inaugural fundraising event held by Columbus Classical Academy at the Westerville Sports Complex in Westerville, Ohio (325 N Cleveland Ave, 43082). The 5K run benefits Columbus Classical Academy and will raise funds for a new gymnasium. A separate Kids Run is offered for children age 6 and under. Kids start and finish at the arch, run 100 m out, turn around, and return to the finish so they remain visible for the entirety of the run.
Parents and guardians may join their child on the course if needed. Event registration for the Kids Run is limited to children age 6 and under. Columbus Classical Academy is a private classical school serving grades K-11 and adding a grade each year through grade 12. The school is a Hillsdale College Curriculum School and uses the Hillsdale College K-12 curriculum resources. Registration information in the event listing includes a registration fee of $30.00 for the 5K and $15.00 for the Kids Run, and specified registration open and close dates for each event.
