Race For Men Salisbury
Race For Men is a family festival sporting event held at Hudson’s Field in Salisbury. The event combines multi terrain running with a programme of community activities, live music, family entertainment, food stalls and a licensed bar. It supports the Stars Appeal Prostate Cancer and Urology fund and aims to raise awareness of prostate and testicular cancer while funding related services in Salisbury.
The running programme includes several chip timed distances that pass through the Wiltshire countryside and local landmarks. The route is roughly half pavement and road and half off road trails, passing areas near Stonehenge and visiting Old Sarum Hill Fort with views over the City of New Sarum.

The day also features a mixed five a side football tournament held on two pitches. The tournament format uses 12 teams in two groups of six, with each team guaranteed a minimum of five games. Matches are scheduled for seven minutes and the final for ten minutes. The tournament is estimated to last around three hours and the stated entry fee is £70 per team.
