The 10k course is a double lap of the 5k route. Parking is provided free within the racecourse fields and there is separate Blue Badge parking within the event site. Drop off from the car park involves about a 200 m walk on grass; volunteer parking may involve a 300 m walk. The nearest train station is York, approximately 1.5 miles from the venue. There are no bike racks at the immediate event site; bike racks are available nearby at the racecourse on Loverose Way.
Facilities listed include refreshments, toilets, permission for dogs, suitability for pushchairs, and parking. Bag drop and showers are not available. Entry fees are between £5.50 and £8.74 and the minimum fundraising target is £50. Participants receive a fundraising pack, a customisable back sign, training plans, community access and a finisher medal. Visit the organization's website for the most recent information.
