Worcester Race for Life 10k - Race for Life 2026
Worcester Race for Life is a set of chip timed running events organised by Cancer Research UK at Worcester Racecourse, Grandstand Road, WR1 3EJ. Available distances include:

The start and finish are on grass inside the racecourse. The course uses a mixture of terrain: the start, first 1k and last 1k are on grass contained within the racecourse, while the middle section runs along the pavement surrounding the racecourse.
The event is open to participants aged 16 and over. Entry prices listed are £17.49 for adults and £11.00 for children, with a minimum fundraising target of £50. The meeting point is in the middle of Pitchcroft Racecourse.
There is no dedicated event car parking. Pitchcroft car park has limited space and is for blue badge holders and drop offs; nearby paid car parks are Castle Market (0.2 miles), Croft Road (0.3 miles) and Crown Gate (0.4 miles). Worcester Foregate train station and Worcester City Bus Station are each about 0.4 miles away. The nearest electric vehicle charging point is at Asda, about 1 mile from the event. Bike racks are available about 500 m from the site.
Facilities on site include refreshments, toilets, permission for dogs, suitability for pushchairs and wheelchair access with assistance. The terrain can be uneven and grass may become boggy in poor weather. Sunflower wristbands, dementia trained staff and a QR code for BSL stage content are available.
