Race for Life Winchester is organised by Cancer Research UK and takes place at North Walls Recreation Ground in Winchester, Hampshire on Sunday 16 May 2027. The event includes fundraising elements and minimum fundraising targets.

The start and finish are on grass. The course is mainly on grass and tarmac paths around the fields of North Walls Recreation Ground and Winchester Rugby Club. The route includes a small uphill incline after passing Nuns Walk. Over 50% of the route is on grass with no path alternative; an alternative route can bypass the incline but may shorten the course.
Under dry conditions the start and finish areas are flat and firm underfoot. In wet weather grass sections may become soft, muddy or slippery. The course surface also includes hardstanding.
On-site facilities listed as available include refreshments and toilets. Dogs are allowed and the route is suitable for pushchairs. The event is wheelchair accessible with assistance. Bag drop, showers and on-site parking are not available. There are no bike racks at the venue.
Entry pricing and fundraising details include Earlybird fees of £7.99 for participants aged 16 and over and £5.50 for children, with a minimum fundraising target of £50. Participants receive a fundraising pack, a customisable back sign, training plans and support, access to a Facebook community, and a Race for Life medal.
