Stamford 10k at Burghley House
The event takes place at Burghley House, Burghley Park, Stamford, PE9 3JY. It is a chip timed running event with available distances including a 10k and a 5k. The main 10k is run as a double lap cross country course on grass and paths. The course is undulating and described as moderately challenging. The start and finish are both on grass and are located on the same field near the event car park.
Entry information and requirements are published for the event. The minimum age for the main event is 16. Entry fees shown are £17.49 for those aged 16 and over and £11.00 for children. A minimum fundraising target of £50.00 is specified.
Facilities on site include refreshments, toilets and event parking within Burghley House via the Bottle Lodge entrance. There are no electric charging points and no cycle racks. The event is not easily accessible on foot and there are no local bus routes or nearby train stations. The course and site are not suitable for wheelchair users and pushchairs. Sunflower wristbands, BSL stage content via QR code and trained Event Managers are available to support accessibility needs.
