Race for Life St Albans takes place at Verulamium Park in St. Albans on Sunday 12 July 2026. The event uses a grass start and finish area adjacent to Westminster Lodge Leisure Centre. The meeting point is the field next to Westminster Lodge Leisure Centre.

The course is mostly on grass and includes a few slopes. The 10k route is two laps of the 5k course. The events are chip timed and finishers receive a medal.
Entry is open to people aged 16 and over. Ticket prices listed are £17.49 for adults and £11.00 for children. The minimum fundraising target is £50.00. Participants receive a fundraising pack, a customisable back sign, training plans, access to the event community, and a medal on completion.
Accessibility and facilities include wheelchair access with assistance on some grass uphill sections, toilets, refreshments, suitability for pushchairs, dogs allowed, and bike racks near Westminster Lodge carpark and the theatre. Sunflower wristbands are available at the enquiries marquee. Blue badge parking is available in the Westminster Lodge carpark adjacent to the main event site. General event parking is not permitted within Verulamium Park; city centre multi storey car parks are nearby. Bus routes 302, 321, 724 and 84 serve the area.
