Plymouth Pretty Muddy 5k - Central Park, Plymouth
The Plymouth Pretty Muddy 5k is an obstacle event held at Central Park, Plymouth (PL2 3DQ) on Sunday 18 July 2027. The course covers a 5 km route where participants climb, crawl and slide around a series of obstacles. The start is on hardstanding and the finish is on grass. The route uses a mixture of hardstanding and fine gravel paths, with the majority of the course on grass that can be thick underfoot.
Event organisation uses staggered wave starts, with waves beginning every 15 minutes. Marshals are present on the course to assist where needed. Entry fees range from £15.00 to £25.49 and there is a stated minimum fundraising target of £50.00. The event is organised by Cancer Research UK.
Venue facilities listed as available include refreshments, toilets and parking. Dogs are not allowed on site. There is no bag drop, no showers, the course is not suitable for pushchairs and the event is not wheelchair accessible due to the nature of the obstacles and terrain. Blue Badge parking is available approximately 150 metres from the event site. The nearest large car park is Milehouse Park & Ride, close to the start and offering electric vehicle charging points.
