Bristol Pretty Muddy 5k : Race for Life
The event is a Pretty Muddy 5k obstacle run held at The Downs in Bristol on Saturday 19 June 2027. It is organised by Cancer Research UK and raises money for cancer research. Ticket prices listed are Adults £25.49 and Children £15.00, with a minimum fundraising target of £50.00.
The course starts and finishes on grass and runs mainly on the outer perimeter of Durdham Downs and Clifton Downs. The terrain is mixed but primarily grassy, with an overall ascent of 28 m across the 5k route. Start waves are staggered every 15 minutes to manage numbers on the course.

Participants must be at least 13 years old to take part. Child entries for ages 6 to 15 must be registered by and accompanied on the day by a parent, guardian or an adult with parental consent. Children under 6 may be brought by registered adults but are not registered participants.
Available onsite facilities include refreshments and toilets. The event notes it is not wheelchair accessible and is not suitable for pushchairs. Dogs, bag drop and showers are not available.
