Plymouth 10k – Race for Life, Plymouth
The event takes place at The Hoe, Hoe Promenade, Plymouth PL1 2PA on Sunday 31 May 2026. Entry is for ages 16 and over. Published entry prices are £17.49 and children’s entry is listed at £11.00. The minimum fundraising target is £50.00.

The start and finish are on hardstanding. Routes use paved paths, closed roads around the Hoe, and pathways in Hoe Gardens. The course includes some steep inclines and uneven surfaces; the full 10k is a double lap of the 5k route and has a total ascent of 114.27 m.
On-site facilities include refreshments, toilets, dogs allowed, and suitability for pushchairs. Bag drop and showers are not available. The venue is not accessible for wheelchair users due to steep inclines and some boggy or uneven grass at the staged area next to the lighthouse. Wide tarmac paths are available along the park and seafront.
Transport notes state a closest bus stop about 128 metres away, and the train station is roughly a 25-minute walk. Pedestrian access is noted from Lockyer Street and Citadel Road. The event provides dementia-friendly measures such as Sunflower wristbands, trained Event Managers, and a QR code for British Sign Language stage content.
