Norwich Race for Life - Norfolk Showground
Race for Life at the Norfolk Showground in Norwich offers running events held within the showground site. The course is contained on site with the start and finish on grass and a mixture of paths and grass sections. The route is relatively flat and the 10k consists of two laps of the 5k route.

Entry information notes an age requirement of 16 and over for the main event and a separate child entry fee. A minimum fundraising target is set for participants. Entry fees and a spring discount code were offered for 2026 events.
Travel and parking are arranged at the showground. Free event parking is provided on grass with a short walk to the main arena; accessible parking spaces are available on request to stewards. There are no on-site electric vehicle charging points and no bike racks.
Facilities listed for the event include refreshments, toilets, allowance for dogs, suitability for pushchairs, and wheelchair access. Bag drop and showers are not available. The route includes some uneven and undulating sections, so assistance may be needed for some accessibility requirements. Sunflower wristbands and BSL stage content via QR code are provided, and Event Managers have dementia awareness training.
