Race for Life Middlesbrough (Stewart Park)
Race for Life Middlesbrough is a community fundraising run held at Stewart Park, The Grove, Marton, Middlesbrough, TS7 8AR. The event takes place on Saturday 30 May 2026 and supports Cancer Research UK fundraising efforts. The course loops around the park on tarmac paths with some sections on grass and passes by the Captain Cook Birth Place Museum. The start and finish are on grass in a large field next to the park car park.

Meeting and travel arrangements note limited parking in the main Stewart Park car park and at Prissick Football Fields across the road; Blue Badge parking is in the Stewart Park car park. Electric charging points are available in the Stewart Park car park. The number 63 bus stops by the park entrance; Marton train station is approximately a ten minute walk away. Cycle parking is not provided.
Facilities listed for the event include refreshments, toilets, bag drop, and showers. The event is recommended as suitable for wheelchair users with assistance because of grass sections at the start and finish. Sunflower wristbands, dementia-aware staff, and a QR code for British Sign Language stage content are available at the site. Entry fees are shown at £15.99 for adults and £11.00 for children, with a minimum fundraising target of £50.
