Race for Life Luton takes place at Stockwood Park, London Road, Luton LU1 5EH on Sunday 20 June 2027. The event is organised by Cancer Research UK and has a minimum fundraising target of £50.

The course starts and finishes on grass and uses a mixture of grass and tarmac paths. The 10k route consists of two laps of the 5k course. The event is chip timed. The start line is in the middle of the football pitch at the top of the large field adjacent to the event car park field and Farley Hill; the finish line is a little further down the hill towards the internal road.
Entry categories and fees shown for this event include adults (aged 16 and over) at £20.49 and child tickets for ages 6 to 15 at £14.00. Children must be registered by a parent or legal guardian, or by an adult over 18 with parental consent. Adults who have registered can bring children under 6 free of charge, but those children will not be registered participants.
Travel and onsite notes: parking is available on a grass field near the main park entrance off Farley Hill, about 50–150 m from the event site. Bus and train connections serve the park area; there are no bike racks. One electric vehicle charging point is available at the Stockwood Park Discovery Centre car park and is charged for use.
Facilities listed for the event include refreshments, toilets, dogs allowed and parking. Bag drop and showers are not available or suitable. The course is not wheelchair accessible due to large sections on grass and poor ground conditions; nearby accessible events include St Albans Race for Life.
