About the race
Race for Life at Stockwood Park in Luton is an organised running event hosted by Cancer Research UK. The event offers chip-timed distances and has an age restriction of 16 and over. A minimum fundraising target of £50 applies.

The course uses a mixture of grass and tarmac paths. The start and finish are on the same large grass field. The 10k route is two laps of the 5k course. The ground can be uneven and may become boggy in wet weather.
Facilities on site include refreshments, toilets and parking. General event parking is on a grass field approximately 50–150 m from the event site via the main park entrance off Farley Hill. An electric charging point is available in the Stockwood Park Discovery Centre car park; a charge applies.
Public transport options include buses that stop near the park and Luton Railway Station, which is about 1.2 miles away. There are no bike racks at the event.
Accessibility notes: the course may be unsuitable for wheelchairs, mobility aids and pushchairs; participants with access needs may require assistance on uneven sections. Sunflower wristbands are available and British Sign Language stage content can be accessed via a QR code on site.
