Race for Life Llanelli
Race for Life Llanelli takes place at Festival Fields, Millennium Coastal Park, Sandy Lane, Llanelli SA15 4DP. The start and finish are in the amphitheatre on grass, and the course follows the coastal cycle path on tarmac, grass and gravel. The whole 10k course has a total ascent of 41 m and includes a steep section with a 30 percent gradient. The site is on firm grass surrounded by tarmac.

The event is open to people aged 16 and over. Entry fees listed for the event are £17.49 for adults and £11.00 for children, and a minimum fundraising target of £50. A May sale code FLASH30 offers a 30 percent discount on 2026 entries while the offer lasts.

There are no buses on Sunday and the nearest train station is about 1.6 miles away, around a 35 minute walk. There are no bike racks at the event.
